WHAT TO DO (STEP-BY-STEP RESET PLAN)

Step 1: Stop the “I fell off” story
Replace it with: “Life got busy, and I paused.”

Step 2: Pick ONE anchor habit for this week
Not everything. Just one:

  • 2 workouts this week
  • or 20–30 min movement 2x
  • or just showing up to class twice

Step 3: Make it too small to fail
Your goal is not intensity. Your goal is returning.

Step 4: Schedule it like an appointment
If it’s not scheduled, it won’t survive your week.

Step 5: Win the restart, not the week
Forget perfection. Focus on showing up again.
